  Had my faulty car media controls repaired on my car, they fixed them but they damaged a piece of the plastic of the steering wheel and didn't bother owning up to their mistake.
  
  I asked to have a hire car and had to wait an additional week for one to be available, which was fine, I don't expect Ford to have 100s of courtesy cars. The problem I had though is that once the day came for my car to finally be repaired, they tried to give me a stupid van as a courtesy car. I complained and got no apology, just a load of excuses about how their service is free blah blah blah.
  
  Luckily they had another courtesy car coming in a few hours later so I waited for that instead. I wouldn't recommend this garage, a lot of the staff have the attitude that they're perfect at Ford and if there's any fault it lies with the customer.
